For the best results, apply the treatment whenever your hair feels dry. Using it frequently will help maintain a moisturized, smooth appearance.

For short hair, fine or normal hair requires 1-2 sprays on damp hair, while medium-damaged hair benefits from 2-4 sprays. Thick or severely damaged hair may need 2-4 sprays on damp hair, plus 1-2 additional sprays on dry hair for extra nourishment.
