After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed. This typically takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s status and location.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you’ve received the wrong product, please reach out to us at info@leesome.shop. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no extra cost.

What if an item is missing from my order?

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods through PayPal and Eximbay.

PayPal allows payments with or without an account, supporting transactions via Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Visa, and American Express. To pay as a guest, simply enter your email and card details. You can find detailed instructions for paying without a PayPal account in the PDFs below:

Eximbay is a cross-border payment service designed for global transactions with Korean merchants. It supports payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, Dana, LINE Pay, FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, FPX, GCash, and Touch ’n Go.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment is declined, please double-check that all the information you’ve entered is accurate and that your account has sufficient funds. Occasionally, our payment provider may flag your card or order as potentially fraudulent. If this happens, please reach out to us at info@leesome.shop, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

What should I do if I’m having trouble with the payment process?

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, an invoice will be sent to your email once your order is complete and payment has been successfully processed. Additionally, a detailed invoice will be included with your parcel—one copy each for the courier, customs office, and your own records.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are displayed in Euros and will be processed in this currency by the payment provider.

How do I apply a promotion or discount code to my order?

To use a promotion or discount code, simply enter the code on the checkout page before completing your purchase.

Where does Leesome ship?

Leesome currently ships to Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the United States.

Shipping to the United States excludes territories such as American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, and military bases in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.

What shipping options are available?

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs, with various carriers and delivery times depending on the package weight and destination.

Korea Post K-Packet
Suitable for packages up to 2kg. This option includes parcel tracking and typically delivers within 2-3 weeks, excluding weekends, national holidays, and customs processing time. Available for France, Germany, Spain, the UK, and the United States.

Korea Post EMS (Express Mail Service)
Designed for packages up to 10kg. This service includes parcel tracking and generally delivers within 3-6 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.

UPS Worldwide Expedited®
Available for packages up to 10kg. This option provides parcel tracking and delivers within 3-5 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.

UPS Worldwide Express Saver®
For packages up to 10kg. This service offers guaranteed delivery with parcel tracking and typically arrives within 1-3 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.

You can select your preferred shipping option and carrier at checkout.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs are determined based on your location and the weight of your parcel. These costs will be automatically calculated during checkout, and you can view the available shipping options before completing your purchase. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from South Korea. Once your order is placed, Leesome will process and hand it over to the courier within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). The courier will then provide an estimated delivery timeframe from our fulfillment center to your destination.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to help you monitor your order’s status and location.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

We strive to fulfill orders quickly. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@leesome.shop. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be modified.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

If your order is damaged or defective due to an error on our part, we’ll either resend the item at no additional cost or process a refund. However, Leesome is not liable for damages or loss incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the courier and retain all packaging and damaged items for the claim process.

How can I request a specific delivery date?

Depending on the courier you choose, it may be possible to request a specific delivery date. Please contact your courier directly for more information.

What should I do if my tracking information shows “delivered”, but I haven’t received my package?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the courier immediately. It’s possible the package was left at the wrong address or marked as delivered prematurely. Once the package leaves our fulfillment center, it is the courier’s responsibility.

How do you handle shipping during holidays?

Leesome typically pauses order fulfillment on weekends and holidays, but exceptions may be made during busy periods. While some delays may occur during these times, they generally do not exceed 3 to 4 days.

What happens if I’m not home to receive my package?

If you’re unavailable to receive your package, please contact the courier to arrange another delivery attempt.

How do you handle shipping delays?

If your order is delayed due to Leesome, we will notify you and provide a revised shipping timeframe. If the delay is caused by the courier, we recommend contacting them directly for assistance. Once the order leaves our fulfillment center, Leesome is not responsible for any shipping delays.

Customs & Tax

Will I have to pay customs duties and taxes?

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and order value. We handle customs and taxes in two ways: on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis or a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.

  • For orders sent to the EU under €150 & UK under £135: These are shipped on a DDP basis, meaning all relevant taxes and duties are collected at checkout, ensuring no additional fees upon delivery.
  • For orders shipped to the EU over €150 & UK over £135: These are shipped on a DDU basis. This means that once your order arrives at the destination country, any taxes and duties incurred for your purchase will be collected prior to delivery. To avoid these fees and further delays, we recommend splitting orders with a value over €150/£135.
  • For orders shipped outside the EU & UK: All orders are shipped on a DDU basis. This means that once your order arrives at the destination country, any taxes and duties incurred for your purchase will be collected prior to delivery.

Countries and territories shipped on a DDU basis include: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, and Switzerland.

  • For orders shipped to the U.S.: Leesome currently does not charge sales tax as our store does not qualify for U.S. sales tax requirements. However, sales tax may be charged in the future, and if applicable, it will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.

How are customs fees and taxes calculated?

Leesome collects VAT only for orders to the EU under €150 & UK under £135, which are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means all relevant taxes and duties are collected at checkout.

Customs fees and taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout by a third-party VAT processing company. These charges are based on the shipping destination and order value. 

For all other orders, including those to the EU over €150 and UK over £135 and to countries outside the EU and UK, shipments are made on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. How do I pay for customs duties and taxes?

What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?

If you refuse to accept a package due to customs issues, including refusing to pay customs duties, failure to provide required documents, or other related reasons, Leesome will not be responsible for issuing a refund or reshipping the refused package.

Can you mark my package as a gift to avoid customs fees?

By law, we are required to declare the exact content and value of our shipments. We are unable to accommodate requests to alter the declared value or content, as we must provide a commercial invoice to the courier, customs office, and the customer.

Can customs fees be refunded?

In some cases, customs fees may be eligible for a refund. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details. If your return is due to a defective product and Leesome has approved a refund, we can provide a statement to assist with your customs fee refund request.

What should I do if my package is seized by customs?

If your package is seized by customs, please reach out to your local customs office for information regarding any restrictions on imported items. As we are required by law to declare shipments based on their actual content and value, Leesome is not responsible for reshipping or issuing refunds for items confiscated by customs.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and you may choose your preferred shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Items purchased on sale or with a coupon, gift card, or discount code are not eligible for return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase (such as a receipt) must be provided.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@leesome.shop for detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process a return?

The processing time for returns depends on the shipping method you choose. Once your return is received by Leesome, we will notify you within 48 hours about the next steps via email.

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Once your return has been received and your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the process. If 15 business days have passed since the approval and
you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@leesome.shop for further assistance.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund process. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at info@leesome.shop for assistance.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item due to an error on Leesome’s part, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund for the item. Please note that Leesome is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and the damaged item for the claim process.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose your preferred shipping method when returning an item. For items valued at 100 Euros or more (or the equivalent in other currencies), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we cannot guarantee the receipt of your return, these measures ensure a secure and traceable process. Once your returned item is received, you will be notified by email.

Product Information

What product information is available on leesome.shop?

We strive to provide as much information as possible on our website, including ingredient lists, shelf life, and storage instructions. However, for the most accurate and up-to-date details, we recommend checking the product packaging or the translated Korean-to-English information sticker provided with each item. All products listed on our website are in stock and sourced directly from South Korea.

Does Leesome offer samples?

As a gesture of appreciation, we occasionally include samples and sheet masks with orders. If there’s a specific product you’d like to try, simply add a note to your order. If we have a sample available, we’ll include it for you to experience.

What should I do if I have a reaction to a product?

If you experience any difficulties after using a cosmetic product, discontinue use immediately. If issues persist, consult with a medical professional. We will process a refund under the following conditions:

  • A photo with proof of the condition
  • A medical certificate stating the issue

Please note that Leesome is not the manufacturer or official brand representing the product and cannot be held liable for any issues caused by the cosmetics. However, we will provide official channels where you can lodge your complaint.
