Orders
After every successful order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your information is accurate when placing an order. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at info@leesome.shop.
We strive to fulfill orders promptly. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@leesome.shop. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, once the order has left our fulfillment center and is with the courier, it cannot be modified.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed by Leesome. This process takes 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status and location of your order.
All orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the shipping company. This information will be included in the shipping confirmation email sent to you once your order has shipped.
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@leesome.shop. We will arrange to ship the correct product to you at no additional cost.

Leesome cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has left our fulfillment center.

Payments
We accept a variety of payment methods through PayPal and Eximbay.

Eximbay is a cross-border payment service designed for global transactions with Korean merchants. It supports payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, WeChat Pay, GrabPay, Dana, LINE Pay, FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, FPX, GCash, and Touch ’n Go.
Yes, it is safe to use your credit card on our website. We process payments through PayPal and Eximbay, both of which are trusted and secure platforms that protect your transactions and personal information. Leesome does not retain any of your card details; we only keep the information necessary to fulfill your order accurately.
To redeem a promotion or discount code, please enter the code on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
If your payment is declined, please ensure that all information provided is correct and that your account has sufficient funds. An invoice will be sent to your email once your order is complete and the payment has been processed.
All prices are listed in Euros and will be processed by the payment provider accordingly.
Unfortunately, Apple Pay and Google Pay are not available as payment options on our website.
Once Leesome approves your refund, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process. Leesome currently ships to Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the United States.
Shipping to the United States excludes territories such as American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, US Virgin Islands, and military bases in the Americas, Europe, and the Pacific.

Korea Post K-Packet
Suitable for packages up to 2kg. This option includes parcel tracking and typically delivers within 2-3 weeks, excluding weekends, national holidays, and customs processing time. Available for France, Germany, Spain, the UK, and the United States.
Korea Post EMS (Express Mail Service)
Designed for packages up to 10kg. This service includes parcel tracking and generally delivers within 3-6 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.
UPS Worldwide Expedited®
Available for packages up to 10kg. This option provides parcel tracking and delivers within 3-5 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.
UPS Worldwide Express Saver®
For packages up to 10kg. This service offers guaranteed delivery with parcel tracking and typically arrives within 1-3 business days, contingent upon customs processing and the destination country’s postal service.
You can select your preferred shipping option and carrier at checkout.

All orders are shipped from South Korea. Once your order is placed, Leesome will fulfill the order and hand it over to the chosen courier within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Each courier will provide an estimated delivery timeframe from the Leesome fulfillment center to your destination.
Yes, expedited shipping options are available depending on the courier and destination. For the fastest delivery, we recommend UPS Worldwide Express Saver®, which typically delivers parcels within 1-3 business days. Please note that this delivery timeframe does not include customs processing time or potential delays by the destination country’s postal service.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status and location of your order.
Free shipping may be available based on the order value or as part of a promotion or coupon offer.

If you receive a defective item due to Leesome's error, we will resend the item at our cost or process a refund. Leesome is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. Immediately contact your courier to report the issue. Sometimes the courier may leave the package at the wrong address or mark it as delivered shortly before it actually arrives. The package is the courier's responsibility once it leaves Leesome's fulfillment center.
Leesome generally does not fulfill orders during weekends or holidays. However, exceptions may be made if there are too many orders to fulfill. Some delays can be expected during weekends but typically no more than 1 to 2 days.

Customs & Tax
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and order value. We handle customs and taxes in two ways: on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis or a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- For orders sent to the EU under €150 & UK under £135: These are shipped on a DDP basis, meaning all relevant taxes and duties are collected at checkout, ensuring no additional fees upon delivery.
- For orders shipped to the EU over €150 & UK over £135: These are shipped on a DDU basis. This means that once your order arrives at the destination country, any taxes and duties incurred for your purchase will be collected prior to delivery. To avoid these fees and further delays, we recommend splitting orders with a value over €150/£135.
- For orders shipped outside the EU & UK: All orders are shipped on a DDU basis. This means that once your order arrives at the destination country, any taxes and duties incurred for your purchase will be collected prior to delivery.
Countries and territories shipped on a DDU basis include: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, and Switzerland.
- For orders shipped to the U.S.: Leesome currently does not charge sales tax as our store does not qualify for U.S. sales tax requirements. However, sales tax may be charged in the future, and if applicable, it will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.
Leesome collects VAT only for orders to the EU under €150 & UK under £135, which are shipped on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means all relevant taxes and duties are collected at checkout.
Customs fees and taxes are automatically calculated and collected at checkout by a third-party VAT processing company. These charges are based on the shipping destination and order value.
For all other orders, including those to the EU over €150 and UK over £135 and to countries outside the EU and UK, shipments are made on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs taxes or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments.
In some cases, customs fees may be approved for a refund. Contact your local customs office for more information. In the case of a defective product for which Leesome has approved and issued a refund, we will provide a statement that might help with your customs fee refund request.
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value. If, for any reason, your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, Leesome is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated items.
Occasionally, customs may request an invoice during clearance. Leesome automatically sends an invoice via email after each purchase. If your package includes free gifts, we can also provide an invoice reflecting their value upon request.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is required. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you may choose your preferred shipping method. We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, informing you of the approval or disapproval of the refund.

Items purchased on sale, or using gift cards or codes, are non-refundable.
