This soothing toner is formulated with blue hyaluronic acid which has been fermented with deep sea algae and put through a 10-step microfiltration process in order to create a low molecular weight, allowing for intense and long-lasting hydration that can penetrate deeper into the skin.
The Beta Pro-nol Complex™ (81.1%), which is made up of the humectant beta-glucan and calming probiotic lactobacillus ferment, is a powerful blend of soothing ingredients that strengthens your skin barrier and leaves your skin feeling refreshed.

Free from Parabens, Formaldehydes, Formaldehyde-releasing agents, Phthalates, Mineral oils, Retinyl palmitate, Oxybenzone, Coal tar, Hydroquinone, Sulfates SLS & SLES, Triclocarban, Triclosan, and contains less than 1% Synthetic fragrances.
